About U2M

U2M was began trading under it's former name Urge 2 Merge as a provider of mobile discos in 1998. Whilst we still offer mobile discos as a service it certainly is not our core business. Over time the range of service has expanded and our insight to all aspects of live performance has developed.

The company philosophy has always been to provide a one stop shop for all event technical services. Ensuring the client has a single point of contact to remove stress and stream line the process of putting on an event.

Through out the 00s we have built up a large selection of hire stock including; staging, public address (PA or audio), lighting, video, & power.

From 2006 we started to develop our media services including graphic design, video media and web development. Now we can offer all of these services as a package with our systems to ensure continuity and corporate cohesion of your event.

We are happy to deal with end users direct on large or small events as well as promoters and event technical managers. We can supply as much or as little support as is required. We are happy to deal with other hire companies as well and can offer excellent cross hire terms and rates.
