| Whether your venue is a new build or refit we can help you develop systems that will impress clients and be usefull for delegates. After a site visit, careful analysis of your building and consultation with you over the desired future use of your building we can provide a report and quote for you to review.
We have designed systems for many venues and we will find the best combination of flexibility, functionality & ease of use for end users. We also realise that systems should not dominate the environment in which they are installed. We can where necessary ensure that system impose as little impact upon room aesthetics as possible. We only ever reccomend products that we have tried and tested. We are main dealers for many professional manufacturers of equipment. Our competent installation team of wood workers, electricians & AV engineers will complete your project to the highest standard to ensure that AV elements are as unobtrusive as possible and do not detract from what should be the focal point of your venue. Our service does not finish when the system has been installed. We will carefully comission and test your system to ensure that from day one you can get the most from your installation. We can also provide user manuals and full training should they be required. Training taught on site based around our training courses will help you get the most from your system. We work hard and plan carefully to endeavour that systems are delivered on time and in budget. |

Audio Crystal clear audio is a must for conference venues whether your venue simply needs infrastructure to cateer for incoming service providers or an in house rig we can work with you to achieve the results you desire. We are highly experienced with concert audio systems and reccomend D&B loudspeakers and amplification and Yamaha control surfaces. Our systems will ensure that every delegate hears everyword clearly. |

Infra Red For venues operating in multiple languages we can design and install multi channel infra red audio systems. These make it possible for foreign speaking delegates to be given a headset and an alocated channel on which conference content can be translated. This solution is ideal in most venues as the headsets are unobtrusive as is the infra red array. Delegates can sit in area of the venue and no wirring is involved. |

Video We can design and install systems from a single plasma screen for boardroom presentations to 5000+ venues using large scale HD projectors and production rooms and infrastructure. We reccomend Christie projectors which offer the pinicale of reliability and image quality. |

Lighting Conference lighting is often brought in for each event but we can provide the basic to cover most of your day to day conferences and support you with our hire stock for any special fixtures you may require. We find this is the most cost effective method. We can design and install dimmer, dmx, and hard power infrastructure to ensure that incoming production companies can rig quickly and easily. |

Furniture We can design and construct furniture for control rooms to ensure that your incoming clients are impressed by the ergonomic layout and finish of the environment in which they have to work. |

Radios We can supply and offer maintainance for your PMR (portable mobile radios) as well as offer hire from our own stock of radios. |
